Everyone — and I mean everyone — is exhausted.

I love this time of year when Samhain/Halloween is around the corner, the weather cools off, and veils between worlds are thinner. I feel a pull to my Tarot deck and spell work, which usually get left behind in the hot summer months, and my body wants to slow down and stay cozy.

But in the last 2 days, I’ve heard clients, friends, and pretty much everyone say that they’re approaching or already in full-on burn-out.

I was running on fumes last week, myself, which is always a sign that I need to more consistently practice the boundary work that I teach!

I’d hate for us to let this magical, transitional season pass us by without an intentional space to turn inward, tune up our boundaries, and remember what we need to feel better for the rest of the year.

Enter: Boundaries for the Empathic, Neurodivergent, & Anxiously Attached!

In this 2-part workshop, you’ll learn tools and strategies to tend to your energy and amplify your magic for a softer, more spacious end to 2022.

Just as it’s never too late to start the day over, it’s never too late to hit reset on this year.

In this workshop, you’ll learn…

  • How to identify where a boundary (or boundary tune-up) is needed in your life
  • Boundary practices that won’t throw your nervous system into a panic
  • Scripts for setting boundaries, even in the most difficult situations or relationships
  • Strategies to help you stop giving your power away
  • How to tend to your energy to prevent burn-out and languishing at the end of the year

This workshop is for you if…

  • You identify as an empath, neurodivergent person, highly sensitive person, or someone with an anxious attachment style
  • You’re recovering from trauma, addiction, or codependency in your family
  • You feel drained and tired lately
  • You know a lot about boundaries, but need a tune-up for actually practicing them…especially with the holidays around the corner
  • You’re frequently in the caretaker/therapist role for your friends and loved ones
  • You feel like you’re constantly playing catch-up on a never-ending to do list
  • You’re not sure how to speak up for yourself in sticky situations
  • You feel like you have to be “on” all the time

No matter how crappy you feel right now, you can end 2022 on a note of spaciousness, softness, and ease.

I hope you’ll join us on two Sundays, October 30 and November 6, from 12–1PT/1–2MT/2–3CT/3–4ET. Sessions will be captioned and recorded.
